Loomis & Co. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Northeast Capital have developed a significant fair value assessment and goodwill impairment testing practice in accordance with FAS ASC 805 Business Combinations and FAS ASC 350 Intangibles – Goodwill and Other. These services are included in the scope when we are hired as the buying entity’s investment bank responsible for the merger and acquisition transaction.
